Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with, ensuring a trustworthy and customer-friendly experience.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You are not satisfied with the fragrance

The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective

You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of purchase

The perfume must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle

The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition

Processing Time:

Please note that it may take 5–6 working days to process your return or exchange request after approval.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed accordingly

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Delivery charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy:

Approved returns can be exchanged for the same product

If the product is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
